A race weekend at Kentucky Speedway.

My wife(Patty), her sister and her sisters husband(Kathy and Steve) and I spent the last three days at Kentucky Speedway.  We watched several hundred laps of left turns and exciting racing.

The weather cooperated wonderfully this year. It was warm but not hot and the showers stayed away from the track. All and all a great three days.

Kathy and Steve host us every year in their beautiful camper. We drive up early each day so we miss the traffic. Then they allow us to spend the day with them in their track side home away from home. It really makes what can be a hectic day relaxing and enjoyable. Patty and I thank them so much for allowing us the opportunity to have a great get away.

It's now about 3am Sunday morning and we just got home so we are both pretty worn out. I wanted to post a quick pattern before I head off the bed.

Sorry I have not posted the plans for the Spider scare box from earlier this week. I have them about half complete. I'll try to finish and post them tomorrow.
