3D Acrylic Snow Flake Scroll Saw Pattern.

http://www.stevedgood.com/estore/estore.html
3D acrylic snow flake. I used 1/8" cast acrylic. Cast acrylic cuts pretty well on a scroll saw. I get 1/8" X 12" X 24" sheets from Amazon for around $14

The edges come out frosted after being cut but they are smooth. I use a #2 blade when cutting acrylic. It seems to give the best edge finish.

This ornament is just a friction fit. Carefully cut to the line so the slots are snug when fit together.
If you prefer to glue them together you need an acrylic glue like Weld-On. Acrylic glues are actually a solvent that welds the acrylic pieces together. The are typically applied with a needle applicator using a wicking effect. You can also get a thicker Weld-On that acts more like a typical glue application.
I always sandwich the acrylic between two sheet of sacrificial plywood. This make the acrylic much easier to cut.

I will finish up the outstanding personalized Christmas ornament patterns today. Watch you email for your order. I'm a little behind but catching up.
