Wally "The Nerd" Butterfield

Wally is a 23-year-old billionaire. At the age of 19, he started a tech company named Zoom. No one actually knows what the company does but angel investors put up twenty billion dollars because the name was cool. Speculation from industry insiders is that Zoom is working on self-driving motorcycles.

Wally spends his days drinking Dr. Pepper, playing World of Warcraft and running into things with his autonomous motorcycle. Apparently, the software has a few bugs. Last week he struck and injured an elderly woman who was crossing the street. Zoom lawyers said the woman was clearly at fault. The woman's heat signature and radar cross profile fell out of the range of the bikes sensors. It was discovered that she had not been taking her iron supplements. She is expected to recover.

Chrissy

Chrissy is Wally's first girlfriend. Wally met Chrissy in an online AI discussion forum. The two hit it off from the start. They enjoy spending time discussing neural networking natural language processing theory and taking longs rides in the country. They actually prefer rides in the city but the damn bike keeps getting lost.
