I could not find a definitive correct spelling.
This project is small. It is 6" tall and 3.5" wide. I call it a personal Nativity. I think it is just the right size to sit on your desk and be a reminder of the true meaning of Christmas. It would make a nice gift to give out to family and friends before the holidays.
The front layer is 1/2" thick and the backer board is 1/4" thick. Of course, you can skip the backer board if you like.
I also included the same pattern in two sizes as a Christmas ornament. Just cut the ornament from 1/4" thick wood and skip the backer board.
You can make the cut easier if you stack cut the front and back before you drill the interior holes. Make the stack and cut the outside. Remove the backer board. Drill the interior holes and complete the cuts. This will make sure the backer is an exact fit.

You can use last names on the ornaments if you like but remember that the more letters the more
difficult they are to cut. Ten letters and up gets pretty small. If you need to you can enlarge the patterns by 10% to make the interior cuts larger. No special characters are supported. I can get a hyphen in there but it looks odd. It has to connect the two letters so it does not just fall out.
