These American football welcome signs are close to eleven inches wide. They are two layers thick. The backer board is 1/2" and the signboard is 1/4". In the examples above I am showing the backer board painted the team's primary color. You can use eyelet screws to hang the sign.
WEN 3921 Scroll Saw Upgrade:
After I did my WEN 3921 Review video I ordered some upgrade parts. In this video, I show the upgrade and see if it makes this entry-level saw easier to use. Spoiler Alert: It does.

I want to say that I am impressed with this WEN 3921 scroll saw for the price. Don't get me wrong, it does not compete with any of the higher end saws. What it does do is give anyone on a tight budget a chance to enjoy the hobby. The WEN 3921 is currently priced at $126.05 on Amazon.
This saw does require a bit of patience but it does what it needs to do. I am sure that the life of this saw is limited compared to more expensive saws but WEN has a decent reputation for selling inexpensive tools at better than normal quality.

You can use last names on the ornaments if you like but remember that the more letters the more
difficult they are to cut. Ten letters and up gets pretty small. If you need to you can enlarge the patterns by 10% to make the interior cuts larger. No special characters are supported. I can get a hyphen in there but it looks odd. It has to connect the two letters so it does not just fall out.
