We are only three weeks away from Thanksgiving day. For many, the holidays will be even more stressful than normal this year. Being thankful for all that we have might be more of a challenge while we experience the holidays during a pandemic. I made this pattern as a reminder that I have many people to be thankful and grateful for in my life. I may not get to spend time with all of them this holiday but I will make sure they know how much they are appreciated. I am blessed to have family and friends who care about me.
Thinking about my blessings lifts my spirits when I am down. It's cheaper than therapy and I don't have to wear a mask when I do it. I hope you can spend time every day counting your blessings. I tend to start feeling better when I get to the count of two.
