Let me start by saying that I feel the steeple ornament on top of this lantern is too tall. After I cut it and looked for a few minutes I realized I would like it better if it were shorter. To solve the problem I included the steeple pattern shown in the photo and a shorter pattern. You can decide which looks best to you.
The candle holder will hold up to a 3" diameter candle. The maximum height of the candle should be less than 5". You should not leave the lid on if you are using a real candle. I suggest an electric candle.
