When I was young we had family poker night. We called it penny poker because we used pennies as chips. If you had a good night you might come out with an extra 50 cents. Big money.

When I say young I mean when I was about 10 years old or younger. My mom loved poker so we played. My mom was a poker dealer when she was young in an illegal poker hall. She started dealing when she was 13 years old. Let's just say she lived a colorful life. It all sounds kind of crazy but we had a great time at those poker games.
