As you know I have moved into a different shop. As I packed the old shop I trashed anything that was worn out. My table saw push stick was totally chewed up so I needed another one for the new shop. This is my attempt at a better push block.
I wanted a few features. Large handle that was high and away from the blade. I wanted the body to be wide for stability but have the ability to remove the width for thinner boards.
I wanted a rear assist pin that could be removed when not needed. This is my attempt.
Never assume that any safety device will prevent all injuries. You still have to use good safety procedures. This pattern is just my attempt at a safety device that will work for me. If you see issues that you do not consider safe then please make changes to the design.

I do not offer blank patterns. This is one of the ways I support what I do. I ask that you please not use the template to create your own custom name patterns.
