We are getting late in the holiday season so I'd like to design some easier Christmas patterns.
Many folks have scroll saws that only accept pin-end scroll saw blades. Those folks are limited in the size of interior cuts. These two patterns will allow you to cut with pin-end blades. Those scrollers who are not using their scroll saw often should be able to cut either of these patterns in under 2 hours. That is not a goal time. Just a reference.
The small Nativity only has seven large interior cuts. It is under six inches tall so you may have scrap wood you can use. Four layers are 1/4" thick
The Candy Cane pattern also has larger interior cuts. There are 19 interior cuts but they are easy to cut.
All the parts are 1/2" thick. The pattern is 7.5" wide.
