This bull rider pattern is not large. The height is around 6.5" tall. This is another pattern that you may be able to find wood in your scrap bin. It is a layered pattern. There is one 1/2" thick layer, but the rest are all 1/4" thick.
The video below is the story of Bushwacker. Bushwacker is considered the greatest bucking bull of all time. If you don't mind watching a bull just destroy a bunch of riders, then this is worth the effort. This bull jumped so high that I was amazed. On top of the vertical, he has speed that is equally impressive.
Bushwacker passed away last year at the age of 18. The typical life span of a bull is 10 to 12 years.
