Some parts of the U.S. are still in tornado season. If you are not, please understand that tornadoes have been recorded in all 50 states. Tornadoes can occur any month of the year, so always be prepared.
I have prepared an online tornado simulation that includes data on the different strengths of tornadoes. It also includes how to prepare your family for the tornado. It graphically demonstrates how an EF1 tornado differs drastically from an EF5 tornado. All tornadoes can be dangerous, and you absolutely should have a plan in place. This sim may not be National Weather Service quality, but it is simply a reminder that tornadoes can be dangerous, and you have to be prepared.
