This vase is 8.5" tall and will hold up to a 1.75" diameter bud vase.
This vase needs good glue joints to be stable. Make sure you allow the glue to completely cure before use. Wood glue typically dries to the touch in 30 to 60 minutes, but it does not completely cure for 24 hours. The joints reach maximum strength when the glue is cured.
UPDATE:
They now have my surgery scheduled for Friday, Jan 16th. I also have a series of pre-op tests today, so it is going to be a busy week.
