Blade Removal Tool Update.

I'm the kind of guy that if something takes 3 seconds and I can do it in 2 seconds I consider that a win. Three different readers sent me a tip about the blade removal tool I posted yesterday. They suggested marking both ends of the slot so the tool can be easily aligned with the thumb screw.

I just went out in the shop and gave it a try. It works great. By my calculations. If I save 1 second per usage and if I live another 20 years(fingers crossed) and I use this tool on average 10 times a day. I just saved 20.3 hours. If my time is worth $30 per hour I can buy a new DeWalt DW788 scroll saw in 20 years. I'm estimating the the expense of the ink used is .001 cents. That is a 61million percent increase on my investment. If I could get my retirement fund to do that I would be really happy.

Thanks for the tip guys.
