I have four patterns for you today. Three of them are Halloween-related patterns, and the first one is a Rooster Box.
The Rooster Box pattern is cut from 3/4" and 1/4" wood. Not including the head and tail feathers, the box is 9.5" long and 6" deep. The parts that are 1/4" are the comb and wattles so you will not need much 1/4" wood.
The 30-inch-tall skeleton is cut from any thickness of wood you have available. The skeleton is made up of sections then the sections are joined together. I like to use Ty-Raps to join the sections together but even a string will work. The Ty-Raps are the better choice if you hang the skeleton outdoors.
The next two patterns are just Halloween decorations.
The Scarecrow Pattern brought back a memory from my childhood. How many of you remember the TV show "The Scarecrow of Romney Marsh"? In the mid-1960s, Disney had a show that I watched, and it scared me something silly. Below is a video of one of the shows. It's funny how something can trigger a memory from over 60 years ago. It is even funnier that I can't remember yesterday.😁
