The picture above is a product by the name of filterAfan. I received the unit in the mail today and I'm so impressed with the product I wanted to share it with you guys. The product came to me from Bret Chilcott of filterafan.com. Bret is a woodworker who wanted to solve a problem that we all have. He wanted to control the dust in his shop and do it as inexpensively as possible.
His solution was to improve on the box fan filter many that of us have used for years. He designed a shroud for easy filter attachment and replacement. The filterAfan shroud will fit the Lasko model 3733 and the Galaxy model 4733 box fans sold in many stores.
Watch the video below to see my demonstration of the filterAfan. After watching the video jump over to filterafan.com and pick up one of these for yourself. You can purchase the shroud by it's self for $24.95. He also has package priced where you can purchase the shroud, fan and filter.

Think Safety
Remember to keep the safety of yourself and others in your work shop in your thoughts at all times. Always wear eye and ear protection. Follow all the manufactures warnings that came with your power tools. If I demonstrate something on this web site that you don't feel is safe, don't do it. Your safety is your responsibility. Fingers are handy things, try to keep all of them.
