This craft supply box is not large. It is about 9" deep and 7" tall. It is cut from 1/4" wood. The construction is slot and tab. The lid hinge uses no hardware.
I decided I could use an even smaller box to keep my memory cards and flash drives on my computer desk. I reduced the box pattern to 50% and laser cut the box from 1/8" thick plywood.
xTool P2 55watt CO2 laser review:
Back in 2007 when I started this blog lasers engravers were not much of a factor in the home DIY market. Over the years that has slowly changed. I now receive a good percentage of visitors to my catalog from people who are using the patterns on their lasers.
Home market lasers are getting less expensive and more capable. Last year I reviewed the xTool D1 diode laser. Many of you purchased one and from what I have been told have used them successfully in your small craft businesses.
Today we are taking a significant step up to the xTool P2 CO2 laser. This laser is very capable and the included software is way better than most. It has a couple of unique features that I will be showing in the first of three videos below.
If lasers are a tool on your shopping list then watch this video to see if it might be right for your business.
