I hear from you folks that you use my Easter bunny patterns to add a homemade touch to your child's Easter basket. Maybe this one can be personalized for that extra special basket.
I included two sizes for this pattern. The small pattern is only 7" tall and should fit in the basket well. I also doubled the size of the pattern to 14" for a larger version. I thought you could cut the larger version and have it outside for the Easter egg hunt.
The small pattern is cut from 1/4" thick wood and the large pattern is 1/2" thick wood. Baltic birch plywood is a good choice for this project.
One easy solution to customize the sign is with chalkboard paint. After the paint dries it is easy to use chalk to add the name. If the writing does not look the way you like just erase it and start over. The use a fixative to seal the chalk in place.
