Last Sunday George announced a chance to win a $20 Amazon gift certificate. The deadline to enter was Oct. 12th at midnight eastern time. All you had to do to enter was follow the directions in that days George comic strip. Tonight I randomly drew from all the entries and Dee Kramer is George's winner. Congratulation Dee. Thanks for reading the George in the shop comic strip. I will be sending the Amazon Gift certificate to you soon.
If you would like a chance to win one of Georges giveaways just follow him on my blog. George will randomly announce a contest sometime during the month. This will not go out in the email newsletter so if you want to win you have to visit the blog and read the comic. The contest comic may only be up for a day or two so you have to check back often.

Think Safety
Remember to keep the safety of yourself and others in your work shop in your thoughts at all times. Always wear eye and ear protection. Follow all the manufactures warnings that came with your power tools. If I demonstrate something on this web site that you don't feel is safe, don't do it. Your safety is your responsibility. Fingers are handy things, try to keep all of them.
