Dog Welcome Sign Scroll Saw Pattern.

http://www.stevedgood.com/estore/estore.html
I designed this pattern to print on 8.5" X 11" paper but it would also be nice enlarged. I don't paint many projects but this one may hang outside so the paint would be needed to protect the sign. I simulated brown and white paint in this example.

Information:

Every year I take orders for personalized Christmas Ornament patterns. Every year people ask me to start taking orders earlier. I usually start in October. This year I will start order taking in August. This will give you plenty of time to make the ornaments without having to rush.

I will have three ornaments for peoples names and two for pets. I may also do another larger wreath pattern for family names.

I have the first two ornaments designed and I wanted to show you a preview of them. The Angel is a simple segmentation ornament. If you are not familiar with segmentation it is just simply a single piece of wood cut into sections, sanded and glued back together. The sanding produces the separation of the pieces.

The second ornament is a manger scene than can be hung on the Christmas tree or it can be self standing.

I hope to have the rest of the ornaments designed soon. Once the designs are completed I will put up the order page and we can get started.

Enter the Bear Woods $50 Gift Certificate Giveaway:

Information: No more minimum order limits.

I spoke with Stephen over at Bear Woods today and he had interesting news. As a test he has dropped the minimum order requirement. You can now place an order of any size. This is important for people who would like to try the Pegas scroll saw blades but don't want to commit too much money until they are sure they like them. This combined with the small package shipping option make trying the blades less burdensome on the wallet.

I tested this to see how much it would cost to just order 12 blades. Of course you would only order this small amount for a test but the price is not terrible. The blades are listed at $4.32 and the small packet shipping rate to the U.S. is $5.85 for a total of $10.17.

If you are on the fence about changing blades this could help you decide without having to over spend. At this price Stephen tells me he will probable lose money on these small orders but he is so confident that you will love the blades that he thinks it is worth the gamble.
There are just 9 days left until the drawing for the $50 gift certificate. Keep putting in your daily entries for the best chance to win.

All rested up:

I took a couple days to rest and take care of a few things that I needed to get finished. I am a couple hundred emails behind now but I am working to get caught back up. I will read every email but I probably won't be able to respond to them all. I'll do my best. Thanks for your patience.

Think Safety

Remember to keep the safety of yourself and others in your work shop in your thoughts at all times. Always wear eye and ear protection. Follow all the manufactures warnings that came with your power tools. If I demonstrate something on this web site that you don't feel is safe, don't do it. Your safety is your responsibility. Fingers are handy things, try to keep all of them.
