I have been working on patterns for different ages of children. This one was suppose to be for children who are learning their alphabet. The problem is I'm not sure if it works well enough for children that age. It's probably more suited for a novelty puzzle. I have not cut this yet and there are some areas that look like they may get too weak. If you decide to download and give this one a try consider it experimental. If you do try it use high quality Baltic Birch ply. I can almost guarantee solid wood is going to break.
I may take this one back to the drawing board. Can't decide so I'll wait to hear what some of you have to say. Good idea, Bad idea??
