I'll give you two guesses what my wife said I needed to make for her tonight. If you guessed a new outfeed table for my table saw you would be way off. She wanted large house numbers that can be seen easily from the street. We occasionally have restaurant food delivered to the house to try and support some of the local businesses. Sometimes it is after dark. We stay up late so dinner is often late.
This one can be seen from the street alright but I think it is a little too bright white. I place to tone it down a little before I hang it up permanently.
The stencil numbers are cut from 1/4" thick Baltic birch plywood. I painted mine black so the numbers would stand out better. The number plates are 5", 6", and 7" tall. The ones in the photo above are the medium 6" numbers.

Scroll Saw Chuck Heads by Pegas - Improve your Saw!
Upgrade your Scroll Saw with Pegas Blade Chuck Heads - 40% lighter, Less Vibration.
These new “Blade Chuck Heads” (also known as Blade Clamps) were developed in Switzerland by Pégas in association with the HEIG engineering school in Yverdon. The studies and the tests demonstrated that the weight of these heads is in direct relation with the service life and the vibrations of the machine.
1) These new heads, manufactured with aeronautical aluminum for resilience and optimal weight, are 40 % lighter than you original Heads.
2) Vibration will be greatly reduced
3) Changing Blades is easier and faster
4) Better protection of the mechanical parts of the scroll saw.
As you can see, they are clearly more compact than original heads and even easier of use. The assembly of these new Heads is very simple and takes only a few minutes.
