Ten Two Layer Snowflakes Scroll Saw Patterns.

These two-layer snowflakes are eight inches wide. They are two layers of 1/4" plywood. You may consider painting them white. You could also use Qleene's True Snow for added texture. It is not waterproof but it does say it is water-resistant. I have not tested it but it gets good reviews. You get three 4oz jars at the link below. That is not a lot. I think I would try white paint and use this for highlights.

I also added the option to hang Merry Christmas Text from the snowflake to make it a door ornament.

It is a big job but lots of fun:

Several people have asked that I do a shop tour video of my new shop. That would be hopeless at this point. It is still a mess.

Keep in mind that I spend more time in front of a computer than I do in the shop. I had to get that all up and running first. The shop is just getting the essentials as I have time. It is workable but only partially complete. Like 40% complete.

I will share some photos of the work in progress.

This is where I sit all day working on orders and designing the patterns. It is a three computer system with six monitors. There are two of these nice windows looking out the back to the wooded area behind the house. The view is one of my favorite parts of my office.

This photo is looking in the opposite direction from my computer setup. It is a large space for an office but it obviously is part man cave(game room). It is still messy and I don't have the windows blinds installed yet. Over in the far corner are my laser where I run the Personalized Signature Coin orders.
This is a walk-out basement.

Off to one side of the room is the door to the unfinished side of the basement. I can get up and be in the shop in ten steps. That is great for a lazy guy like me.

The shop will be divided into two spaces. This is the left half of the shop. I will spend most of my time in this half. I have two scroll saws, a workbench, a drill press, a table saw, a dust collector, and a sanding station here. There is also a storage area. These are the tools I use every day so I wanted them all together.

This photo shows why I don't want to do a shop tour video. I have not started on this half of the shop. The rest of the scroll saws, planer, band saw, router table, another workbench for CNC and 3D printer work, and more will go over here. The stud wall will be slat board. I have not decided what to do with the concrete wall. They really do not bother me but they are a pain to hang things on.

I feel blessed to have this much room. It is far from a dream workshop but I have more room, a controlled environment, and a great view.
