Torus Art Scroll Saw Pattern.

I find these three-dimensional illusions fascinating. This pattern has two tori colliding. The pattern is 10" X 8". There are two layers with the back layer painted black. This pattern is much easier to cut than might be expected. There are only 38 interior cuts and they are all fairly large. There are no weak spots to contend with. I was able to cut this pattern in well under an hour.

Torus
A torus is created when a circle is rotated 360 degrees around an axis in three-dimensional space. You can also make one by blowing up you're floaty intertube.

Five Mom Scroll Saw Patterns.

Download the Pattern Below

Mother's Day is not far away but these could be given on any or no occasion. There is also a set for MUM. That is for the UK, Australian, and New Zealand people. I remembered this time. :)

The patterns a 10.5" X 4". If you are new to the scroll saw, the interior letters may look intimidating. Consider using a #3 blade. If you are not comfortable making tight turns in small spaces then cut into the corner, back up the blade, and cut into the same corner from another angle. This will give you plenty of room to spin the blade and start the next cut.

I also have a video that teaches how to turn tight turns with the scroll saw. I call it the most important technique on the scroll saw because it is used on every cut. Once you master this technique cutting on the scroll saw becomes easy.

You may have already seen the video because I posted it back in 2019. If not I think it is worth 4:30 it takes to watch.

Spiral Warp Scroll Saw Pattern.

Download the Pattern Below

This optical illusion is 10" X 8". It is two layers with the backer board painted black

The pattern is relatively easy to cut. There are a few sharp points that need some care. As you cut, some of the pieces will get a bit fragile.

When you get to the point that the spirals are starting to get weak, you need to get your fingers up close to the blade and assist the weak pieces by holding them down.

Another option is to leave the waste pieces that you just cut in the cutout next to the current cut. The waste will add stability as you cut.

I used a #3 scroll reverse blade for this project. I don't normally recommend a blade but in this case the small sharp points are easier to cut with a small blade.

How about two patterns for the price of one?

Download the Pattern Below

If you download the optical illusion pattern above you can download this pattern for half price. Half of nothing is nothing. If you average the price of both patterns you are getting two patterns for an average price of nada. Nada is the same as zilch. If you divide zilch by zero you get nothing. See how the math works. Don't pass this deal up. It won't last long.

This is a three-layer bible quote sign. It is 11" wide.
