Several people have asked where I buy the chain and rings. I purchase packs of 20 for $1.47 at Michaels Craft store. The problem is that when people have gone to look they can't find them. You need to look in the leather crafting supplies. The brand is Tandy Leather Factory. You can find them online here. They sell a pack of 100 for $14.99 online.
