I cut and sanded this project in less than three minutes. No finish required.Throw 1 or 2 of them in a bag with the included label for your next craft show sell.
Cost of materials. Bag ~ .40 cents. Label ~.90 for color .10 for B/W. Wood ~ .50. Go with the B/W label and you have buck in materials. If you stack cut you can probably make around 25/hour. I would charge $3 for the product. That's $75 - ~$25 in materials giving you a $50 profit. Cut the bag out and use the label for a sign in front of a bucket full of these and you do even better.
My math is rough and this won't make or break you day but it gives you something everyone coming in your booth can afford.
The Fall Arts and Craft shows are coming up soon. You need inventory. Don't forget to include a guilt product in your booth. A guilt product is when someone comes in and talks to you about your products. Maybe they don't want to shell out $50 for that beautiful wooden bowl. If you have an inexpensive product they will sometimes buy it just because they don't want to walk out with nothing. As long as the guilt product has value it will often sell out. Christmas ornaments are another product you can often sell very easily.
