7 Inch Cat Clock Scroll Saw Pattern.

This wall clock should make any cat person happy. This is a seven inch wall clock. You will need a 2 1/8" X 2 1/8" clock movement. The clock works best with 2 3/4" hands. You can buy longer hands and cut them shorter if needed. Another nice option is to spray paint the hands a different color.

The image shows a fall out between the leg of the bottom left cat. This was corrected in the final pattern.

The front dial is designed to be 1/4" thick. If you go by the plan then you need to choose the correct movement. I recommend this movement from Bear Woods.

The backer board can be painted the color of your choice. I show it with a red backer.

Guest Photos: Ivan Good of Grandpa's Toy Shop.

Ivan Good is a 64 year old toy maker from Versailles MO. As you can see from the pictures he is very skilled at his craft. Ivan started woodworking when he was around 10 years old. Later in life he became a home builder and then went into business with his son doing mill work.

All those years honed his skills. Soon he turned his barn into Grandpa's Toy Shop where he spends his days making toy for kids young and old. He treasures building trucks with his grandchildren and teaching shop class for school children. Ivan says it's not about the money. It's about building relationships and giving the glory to God.

Thanks for sharing your beautifully crafted toys with us Ivan.
