Tree Owl Scroll Saw Pattern.

Download Below

This owl pattern comes in two sizes. The small pattern is 8" X 10". The large pattern is 10" X 12.5".

Owls are birds from the order Strigiformes, which includes over 200 species of mostly solitary and nocturnal birds of prey typified by an upright stance, a large, broad head, binocular vision, binaural hearing, sharp talons, and feathers adapted for silent flight. Exceptions include the diurnal northern hawk-owl and the gregarious burrowing owl.

Owls hunt mostly small mammals, insects, and other birds, although a few species specialize in hunting fish. They are found in all regions of the Earth except polar ice caps and some remote islands.

Owls are divided into two families: the true (or typical) owl family, Strigidae, and the barn-owl family, Tytonidae.

A group of owls is called a "parliament". (Source: Wikipedia)

RLLWoodWorks YouTube Channel Cool Video:

Watch the Video

I am going to leave the final project a surprise from this project video. Let's just say the young man likes Star Wars and has a great deal of patience.

I find the video fascinating because he figures out this project as he goes. When he needs a tool to make a job easier he hops online and orders it.

His method of creating the pattern is creative but maybe not too efficient. I still loved watching him make the pattern.

This is a video that shows how if you have a strong enough desire to make something, you can usually make it happen. Just never give up.

The video is about thirteen minutes long with no voice over. It is not a tutorial on how to make the project. It is just a labor of love. The guy just likes to make things.
