House Number Signs Scroll Saw Pattern Book
This pattern book includes 18 different sign designs and five different fonts for the numbers. The one I cut in the picture is a patriotic design. The one in the picture is 16" long. It should be plenty big enough to see from the street.
I know many of you have trouble dimensioning lumber so I designed this pattern to use off the shelf lumber from Home Depot. The board is a 1/2" X 6" X 4' Poplar. The actual dimensions of the board is 5 1/2" wide so the sign is designed to be that height. This pre-cut board is around $5 and will make on sign.
I think you will be able to cut a 3 number sign on a 16" saw but 4 numbers will be tight. You may have to move to a spiral blade for larger signs.
