This was a live stream from the Midwest Scroll Saw and Woodworking Trade Show. Stephen from Bear Woods announced the winners of the $300 gift certificate, $150 gift certificate and the Charles Dearing one of a kind piece of art.

We had nearly 12,000 entries this month. Thanks to all who entered. Congratulations to the winners. Stephen will be contacting you by email to make arrangements to get the gifts to you.

It sure looks like they are having a good time at the show. I hat it that I could not attend. To all of you who are there, I hope you are having a fantastic weekend. I know you are.

Please excuse my chest thumping.

The Woodworker Guild of America announced the Blogger Award winners in their recent newsletter. It's nice to be recognized so I thought I would share the article with all of you. You all did the voting for this award. I truly appreciate the support. Thank you.

Anne Briggs. WWGOA Blogger Award Winner:

The other Blogger award winner in the article above is Anne Briggs. The name of her blog is Anne of all Trades. If you want to follow a truly amazing and gifted woodworker check out her social media links below. Be warned, she is the type of person that makes you feel guilty for sleeping. She works harder than any five people I know.

She is a farmer, woodworker, hand tool activist, blogger and social media star. I use to think I worked hard to run my blog. Then I saw Anne and discovered what a hard worker really is.
