Grandparents and parents, this mermaid would look great in a small child's room. The Mermaid is slightly over 9" tall. The pattern calls for 1.2", 1/4", and 1/8" thick wood. Plywood and hardwood are both nice options. Paint the plywood and select different species of hardwood to get the coloring.

Crossword Puzzle Generator.

 One of the games I added to my new Arcage Room was a crossword puzzle generator. I had a couple of requests from readers to add a print function to the app. Now you can generate the Crossword Puzzle and either complete it online or print it and complete it on paper with a pencil. 

I also added over 1,100 words and clues, so it has a larger database to choose from.  Another feature I am working on is to have the ability for the user to enter their own words and clues. Then the app will use those words to generate the puzzle. So far, I don't have that working, but hopefully, I will figure it out.

I know that some of you would prefer that I stick to scroll saw material on the blog, but 9% of my 25,000 newsletter subscribers visited the Arcade Room yesterday. I'm having fun and I like to share. It is fine to ignore this extra content. I do understand the reasons many are not finding this content useful.
