This is a 4" X 6" flat-pack reindeer family holiday card. They are cut from 1/8" thick Baltic birch plywood. I stack cut two at a time but the more you can cut the better.
This is not the easiest pattern to cut but it is fun. You want to keep the tabs as small as possible but still keep the pieces firmly attached. Watch your hand placement as you cut. It is easy to break a piece out while turning the boards if you are not careful.
The tabs are small. Don't overshoot these cuts and break a tab.
A cool pattern for a laser cutter:
This pattern is perfect for the folks out there with lasers. I cut this pattern on my 45-watt laser in just a few minutes. Remember that I make sure all the pattern pages in my PDF's are kept as vectors. This allows you to import the file directly and edit as needed.
You could easily delete the Happy Holidays and add your own personalized holiday greeting with engraving or cutting.

You can use last names on the ornaments if you like but remember that the more letters the more
difficult they are to cut. Ten letters and up gets pretty small. If you need to you can enlarge the patterns by 10% to make the interior cuts larger. No special characters are supported. I can get a hyphen in there but it looks odd. It has to connect the two letters so it does not just fall out.
