This door topper is over 19 inches long.
This is a two part pattern. Cut both halves leaving extra on the half with the dotted like.
Tape the pattern together at the dotted line.
Use spray adhesive to apply the pattern to the blank. Notice that I applied the pattern to the edge of the board. That gives me less to cut on the scroll saw.
Drill all the interior holes.
I cut my sign from MDF and will paint it.

Think Safety
Remember to keep the safety of yourself and others in your work shop in your thoughts at all times. Always wear eye and ear protection. Follow all the manufactures warnings that came with your power tools. If I demonstrate something on this web site that you don't feel is safe, don't do it. Your safety is your responsibility.
