This Christmas Tree with a Nativity pattern is almost 12" tall. The base is 3/4" thick and there are fout 1/4" thick layers for the tree.
I have another doctor's appointment on Friday morning for my broken ankle. I am going to cut this short so I can get some sleep. Talk to you all tomorrow.
It’s crazy how easy it is to get addicted to cutting stuff on a scroll saw. Once you fire it up and start following those lines, you’re hooked. There’s just something relaxing about the hum of the saw and watching a simple piece of wood turn into something beautiful. You tell yourself you’ll just make one quick cut, and the next thing you know, hours have flown by and the shop’s covered in sawdust. Every project feels like a new little challenge, and before you finish one, you’re already thinking about the next. It’s the kind of hobby that grabs you and doesn’t let go.
We all need to remember to keep a hobby/life balance. It can be tough to tear yourself away when things are going well or even going poorly. I fall into that trap often. If a pattern is going well, I want to keep working so I don't lose the edge. If things are going poorly, I get frustrated and keep working to make it better. Eventually, I snap out of it, but often it takes me too long to get my head screwed on right.

The USB drive contains all the Scrollsaw Workshop Patterns. The drive is $25 plus shipping and handling. Now, with the new distributor the drive ships to the US and many other countries. The shipping can get expensive to some international locations, so the Instant download option above is probably more desirable.

The NOEL Holy Wreath is 10.25" wide and tall. The pattern calls for 1/4" thick wood. This is one of those patterns that screams for paint. If you are not a fan of using paint, then you can see how it looks with no paint above.
I'll be honest. I knew that the word NOEL was used as a substitute for Christmas but I did not know how that came to be so I asked Google.
The word “Noel” comes from the Old French word noël or nael, which itself originated from the Latin word natalis, meaning “birth.” It was used in reference to the birth of Christ, as in natalis (dies) — “day of birth.” Over time, the term became associated specifically with Christmas and the celebration of Jesus’ nativity. By the Middle Ages, “Noel” was widely used in France and later spread to England, appearing in carols and greetings like “The First Noel.” Today, it remains a poetic or traditional word for Christmas, often symbolizing joy, celebration, and the spirit of the season.
Order your Personalized Christmas Ornaments.
READ: Very Important Information.
I am going to start with the ornaments for people. I will add the Pet ornaments later this week. Every year, I get backed up early, but I will do my best to get the order to you in less than a week. You do not pay until you have the order in your email. These are all shipped by email. No paper delivery.
The price is the same as every year. 5 ornaments minimum for $5, then $1 for each additional ornament. The order form will take 20 names, then if you need more, you will have to start another order.
It is best to use the person's first name. Last names can be too long and very difficult to cut. I will do last names, but I just don't recommend them unless they are shorter names.
