This snowman-layered globe stands a little over 7" tall. It has four 1/4" thick layers, and the base calls for 1/4" thick. If you do not have 1/2", just cut two 1/4" pieces and glue them together.
The festive bear pattern is about 8" tall and cut from a variety of thicknesses of wood.
I hope all of you had an enjoyable Thanksgiving day. We had several of our family members over for lunch/dinner. Everyone brought a dish of their specialty, and it was outstanding. Last year we had the meal catered and this year was way better. We will have another dinner with my half of the family on Sunday so I am looking forward to that day as well.

This layered 3D Wild Horse is just over 7.25" long. The pattern calls for 3/4", 1/4", and 1/8" thick wood. I would consider using Baltic birch plywood for this pattern. The plywood will be easier to find in these thicknesses. If you can plane your own wood to thickness then hardwoods will look awesome.
The Best Friends pattern is 8.25" tall and is cut from two 1/4" layers.
