Let me address the question that I get very often. "Why don't you design patterns for other countries?"
On rare occasions, I have designed a pattern that was specific to a country other than the U.S. The next day my email box gets flooded with requests that I do another one for their country. I would love to do that but my blog is read in dozens of countries around the world. It's just not possible.
I try to keep most of my patterns non-specific to a nation. Today's pattern was a request from a friend and I thought my US readers might like to have it.
I do a lot of patterns and I just hope that they are diverse enough that you will find something of value even if a few are not useful for you. I appreciate your understanding.
The days are running out to order your personalized Christmas Ornament Patterns.
If you would like to order Personalized Christmas ornament patterns, I am caught up. I should be able to get the pattern to you within two days. I worked most of the day getting caught up so I could make the turn around faster.
There is still enough time to make some ornaments for your tree and gifts for others. Many people won't be having the same big gatherings this year. We need to make sure we reach out to those who we cannot see in person. You could make these ornaments this weekend and still have time to ship them as gifts.
If you wish to place an order I will do my best to get them turned around as fast as possible. You will find the order forms below.
These patterns will be retired after Christmas so if you want these for next year get the order in before Christmas this year.
Steve Carmichael, Making Iconic Road Signs on the Scroll Saw Video:

These roadside sign projects by Steve Carmichael are just awesome. Steve is a YouTube content producer from Atlanta and a guy I am lucky enough to call a friend. He is one of those people who can come up with unique and interesting ideas and turn them into works of art. These signs are works of art.
We have grown up with these iconic signs along the roads and they give a sense of nostalgia. Every time I drive past a Krispy Kreme sign I smile. If you don't know what Krispy Kreme is you are missing out on great donuts. When the HOT sign is on it is a mandatory stop.
Steve shows the projects being made and also discusses how he made the patterns. All of these signs are trademarked and I am sure that is why he is not offering the patterns in his free download section. If you have some reasonably advanced computer expertise you will be able to duplicate these patterns.
Thanks to Steve for sharing the video.
Steve also has an Etsy shop with some cool projects.
If you are in need of a stand for your scroll saw make sure you check out his plans on Etsy.
Personalized Christmas Ornament Patterns are ready to order:
I am ready to start taking Personalized Christmas Ornament Pattern orders.
I can do first or last names but remember that more than ten letters will be more difficult to cut.
The order form will take up to 20 names for people and 5 names for pets. If you need more than 20/5 then start a second order.
You will not pay until you have the patterns and are 100% happy with them. There will be an invoice sent with the patterns to your email. You will have the option to pay securely with a credit card or send a check to the included address.
I am shooting for a three-day turnaround but that may be difficult for a few days until I get all the kinks worked out. I'll do my best. You can set a bookmark for each of the order forms but I will post them almost every day until Christmas.
$1 per/name with a 5 name minimum.
$2 per/name no minimum.
$12 per sheet of 12 coins plus $3.50 shipping
Inlay with a 1" Forstner Bit.
The perfect way to sign your work.

Pegas® Scroll Saws are high-precision tools, which with a minimum amount of maintenance, will provide reliable service and great satisfaction for many years. This scroll saw is developed in Switzerland - made in Taiwan to the rigorous specifications and quality requirements of Pegas.

The Pegas Scroll Saw - Why is it better?
While it’s made in the same factory in Taiwan where the Excalibur scroll saw used to be made, Pegas has added Swiss precision and engineering to their scroll saw. Let’s start with a beefed up chassis featuring a reinforced web in the connecting rod and vertical rocker and needle bearings pressed into the rocker arm as opposed to a sleeve and bolt connection that is prone to wear and failure. Next, the saw comes with the revolutionary Pegas Blade Chuck Heads installed (a $90 value). These precision-machined blade clamps, manufactured from aircraft-grade aluminum, can be adjusted easily to grip blades better than any other clamp on the market, and weigh less to reduce wear on your machine. Finally, the table boasts a thick, scratch-resistant coating that prevents corrosion and make the wood slide easier. The saw still boasts the precision rack-and-pinion system that tilts the saw head to make angled cuts (instead of tilting the table). It tilts a full 45-degrees to the right, and 35-degrees to the left (because of the dust collection port). It also positions all of the primary controls (speed, power, and blade tension) at the front of the top saw arm. A stand and foot switch are available.
