This is a simple Dog Walk Station. It can hold a couple of leases or in my dog's case, a leash and poop bags. I used 1/4" diameter wooden dowels for the hangers but you could substitute store-bought hangers.

Our dog's name is Holly. She was a Christmas gift to my wife the year Patty retired. Patty had been in management at the local hospital for 30 plus years. She was a very busy lady. Then one day her doctor told her she had to retire because of a serious injury. She went from super busy one day to sitting at home the next with limited mobility. It was a traumatic life change and it was emotionally very difficult.
I knew Patty needed company. I was working many hours and Patty was lonely. That's where Holly came in. We brought her home when she was 8 weeks old. She absolutely changed both of our lives. As empty-nester parents, holly gave us someone to take care of.
I know that pets are not for everyone but if you are able to take care of a pet they will almost always pay you back many times over. Of course, they will also pee on your floor and tear things up but it's a small price to pay for the happiness they bring. Actually, it can turn into a big price to pay but with training, I learned to accept it. I mean with training Holly became more disciplined. 😄
