This church lantern is cut from 1/4" thick Baltic birch plywood. The hole to insert the candle is 4" in diameter. I recommend a candle that is 4" to 6" tall and no larger than 3.75" in diameter.
The construction is slot and tab. It is always a good idea to check the thickness of the boards you use and adjust the slots for a snug fit.
I painted the lantern white. I considered adding plexiglass behind the church but the openings make it much easier to get the candle in and out of the lantern.

I will complete the order and email you the patterns as a PDF just like all the patterns in my catalog. You will not need to pay for the patterns until they are delivered. If you are pleased with the patterns there will be a payment link in the email. There will also be an address to send cash or check payments
