This puppy box pattern calls for 1/2" and 1/4" thick wood. This is a good project for plywood or MDF. The box is about ten inches long. I am showing the simulated images painted white. Add a splash of color to the face and you call it finished.
DIY Scroll Saw Stand: Build video and plans link
I received an email from a reader asking about making a stand for their new scroll saw. The one shown below is designed by Steve Carmichael. I like the design and Steve does a great job with both the demonstration video and plans. The plans are for sale on Etsy for $8 and are an instant download.
This stand can be adapted for different saws. It can also be adjusted for the height you are comfortable with. One feature that I especially like is the tilt. I always lift the back of my scroll saws up a few inches. It allows for a much better view of the work. Steve implemented that feature in his plans.

I made the stand to fit Delta 40-694. Made some modifications to suit my needs. I like the results and would highly recommend these plans.

I’m not much of a wood guy (yet). I’ve done metal fabrication for years, so the fab part of this stand was super easy!! Thanks for sharing the plans for this stand. I’m super impressed on how it turned out! I can’t wait to use it!!
