I call the Initial Frames. There are all 26 letters in the pattern book. The frame is 8" wide and 8" tall. You can hang them in a window, on the front door, or in a den or bedroom.
The pattern calls for 1/4" thick wood, but this pattern can be cut from any thickness of wood.
A second option is to cut off the two hanger loops and make it a pot holder.
The History of the Scroll Saw Audio Book
The art of scroll sawing goes back a long way—folks were cutting detailed fretwork long before electricity ever showed up.
This audiobook, The History of the Scroll Saw, runs just under 33 minutes and covers five chapters packed with interesting facts. I produced the audiobook myself, but I didn’t write the content. I gathered a bunch of historical info from online sources and fed it to AI, which did a great job researching and adding its own research to the book—especially the early history. I wasn’t around 3,000 years ago (obviously!), so I can’t vouch for every detail, but it all seems to check out.
There’s a quick mention of my blog near the end. I didn’t add that part, it’s from the more recent history that the AI included on its own.

Two delivery options.
After payment, you will receive an email with the download link. This is a large file. You should not attempt to download it on a tablet or smartphone. It is a compressed file that will need to be extracted to your hard drive. Basic computer skills are necessary to extract the file.
The USB drive contains all the Scrollsaw Workshop Patterns. The drive is $25 plus shipping and handling. Now, with the new distributor the drive ships to the US and many other countries. The shipping can get expensive to some international locations, so the Instant download option above is probably more desirable.
