You do not need a special occasion to let your significant other know how you feel. Make them know that every day is a special occasion when you are with them.
Let me let you know that this is not going to be an easy pattern to cut. There are small interior cuts and Weak areas on the stem. You will need a small drill bit for some of the interior cuts. You will have to use a good cutting technique to prevent breaking some of the weaker areas. Always remember that glue is your friend when something breaks.
Hand placement when cutting the weak areas is important. You need to get your fingers close to the blade to prevent stress on the wood. Cutting this pattern with a saw that has excessive vibration will be an even bigger challenge. I'm not saying you can't cut this pattern, just know that there are areas that will be more challenging than other, less challenging patterns.

For me, the maintenance rumor has not proven accurate. I am far from a good gardener, but I have always had luck with roses.
