Two Patterns Today.
Click to EnlargeHere in Southern Indiana, the weather has been pretty cold these last few days. We have seen single-digit lows so when a reader(Jarva Dodge) suggested a glove-drying rack I said yes. To be honest I have never seen this idea before but when I looked online I found many examples. So I guess it's a thing.
In this pattern, there is room for two pairs of gloves. The holes in the bottom box let air from the floor vent pass through and enter into the gloves. This dries and warms them for the next trip outdoors.
This is an easy project to build. The only caution is getting the wooden hands held tight. The wooden hands are inserted into slots in the bottom box. Undercut those slots so the hands fit tight
I have no idea if anyone will find a use for the mini picnic table but I designed it so I released it. Worst case maybe it can be used as doll furniture.
